Students are expected to complete the initial assessment for their first course within 14 days but no later than 21 days of the first term start.
If the student does not complete the initial assessment within 21 days, the student will be considered a non-start and withdrawn from the university and will be charged or reimbursed the appropriate tuition fees as determined by the policy in the student’s enrollment agreement. All fees paid are non-refundable.
New undergraduate students are expected to complete the first course (Academic Strategies) within 30 days of the start of the term. If the student is not able to complete the course, the student becomes a candidate for administrative withdrawal and will be charged or refunded the appropriate tuition fees as per the enrollment agreement.
