What if I experience a problem or internet connection issue during a proctored exam?

If you encounter issues during an exam, please try to resolve them with your proctor.  If you lose your Internet connection, the proctor will attempt to call you at the phone number you listed in your proctoring profile.  

If you and the proctor are unable to resolve all issues so you can complete your exam, the proctor will contact an on-call university staff member to see if anything more can be done.  We will do our best to ensure that you do not have to reschedule your exam, but in some rare cases it will be necessary. Please make sure to inform your instructor of your situation as well.
